Privacy Policy

The Ateyata Kids app

• No personal information. We never ask for a name, email, photo, location, or any other detail about your child or family.
• No accounts, ads, or tracking. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking tools.
• Progress stays on the device. Completed lessons and settings (language, sound, narration, and chosen explorers) are saved only on the device. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.
• Offline edition. The offline Android edition does not connect to the internet at all.
• Online edition. The online edition can download new lesson packs over a secure (HTTPS) connection. These downloads only fetch lesson files and carry no information about your child. As with any download, the server sees the device’s network address to deliver the files; we don’t use it to identify anyone.

This website

You can browse this website and play the demo puzzle without telling us anything. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. We keep no database of visitors.

• Waitlist. If a grown-up joins the waitlist, we use their email address to send a confirmation code. Once it is confirmed, the address is emailed to our team so we can send tester invitations and tell them when Ateyata Kids is available. Our team sends tester invitations manually and keeps a private email copy.
• Contact Us. If you send us a message, your name, email address, and message are emailed to our team so we can reply.
• Spam protection. Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. To stop abuse, the website briefly keeps scrambled (hashed) counters in memory. They clear automatically within a day.
• Admin access. The private invitation page uses an essential session cookie for up to one hour after an admin signs in. It is used only to authorize admin access.
• Hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the service running and secure.

We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. We use it only to answer you or to let you know about Ateyata Kids.

Children’s privacy

Ateyata Kids is made for children aged 5–8 and collects no information from them. The website forms are for parents and grown-ups only. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove your email address from the waitlist or to delete a message you sent. To remove your child’s progress, uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.
